Our communication with the website visitors and shoppers goes on via E-mail or through announcements that we’ll publish on this website.
DECLARATION ON THE SHOPPER’S RIGHT TO PRIVACY
ESCVS 2016 Belgrade hereby commits and guarantees the safe keeping of the collected information and the shopper’s right to privacy. All the information on our shoppers is safely kept and available only to our employees who need that information for conducting the business. The shopper bears the responsibility for all the wrongly entered information throughout the online shopping process as well as for the paying of the subsequent bill.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
Congress fee include: ID card, Conference material,refreshments, lunches, coffee breaks, access to the exhibition area and attendance to the all conference sessions
Conference fee does not include: Accommodation, Gala dinner, Flight tickets, workshops.
STATMENT ABOUT CONVERSION
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinars RSD. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained trough the conversation of the price in Euro into Serbian dinars according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
PROTECTING USER PRIVACY
On behalf ESCVS 2016 we are committed to protecting the privacy of all of our customers. We collect the necessary, basic information about customers / users and the information required for business and informing the user in accordance with good business practices. We are giving our customers / clients the opportunity to decide whether they want or do not want to be deleted from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All data about users / buyers are strictly confidential and are available only to employees who are necessary to perform their job. All employees ( and business partners ) are responsible for respecting the privacy protection.
PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ABOUT TRANSACTION
When entering your payment card details , protected information is transmitted over public networks in a protected (encrypted ) form using SSL and PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology . Data security when shopping, guaranteed payment card processor , Banca Intesa , so the complete billing process is performed on the website of the bank. Not for a moment credit card data are not available to our system .
CHANGING (UPDATING) DATA ON THE WEBSITE
ESCVS 2016 Belgrade retains the right to be able to, at any time, and without any previous notification, change the data shown on any of the website’s pages. ESCVS 2016 Belgrade does not have the right to unilaterally change the conditions of use, and any eventual change shall be deemed invalid except in case both sides agree thereto in writing.
OFFICE HOURS
Office hours of the online store are non-stop seven days a week. In case of technical difficulty or throughout regular maintenance the website can be unavailable for a short term that we’ll announce upfront.
INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS
The contents of this website such as pages, design elements (buttons, icons and similar), texts, photographs, logotypes, audio and software are the ownership of the ESCVS 2016 and they cannot be used without previously receiving consent from the ESCVS 2016. All information which is accessible on the Internet pages is exclusively informative, and as such cannot be used for commercial purposes or distributed to third parties.
TERMS OF SHOPPING ON THE ONLINE STORE
ESCVS 2016 Belgrade is an online store which conducts its business in accordance with the Law on electronic shopping as well as with all the other pertaining regulations of the Republic of Serbia. The detailed terms of shopping are mentioned it the following text. We ask you to read it and familiarize yourself with all the information here given before you continue your shopping.
The shopper pays the selected purchase via a debit or a credit card. We provide the use of the following cards: Visa Card, Master Card and/or Maestro.
Paying is conducted in an online purchase.
ESCVS 2016 Belgrade is not under VAT regulations in accordance with article 33 part 1 and 2 of the Republic of Serbia’s Law on VAT.
Whilst paying your entrance fee it is necessary for you to register. The registration process is conducted by choosing the option “Registration”.
In case of funds returning to the shopper who already paid via a fore mentioned card, ESCVS 2016 Belgrade nevertheless is obligated to return the funds only via Visa, Master Card and/or Maestro which implies that the bank will return the funds to the shopper’s bank account if he or she demands it.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
As of 01.April 2016: no refund of registration fees will be possible. All refunds are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be made following the conference in the same manner as the original payment was received.
SELECTION OF THE TYPE OF PAYMENT
In this step of online shopping it is necessary to choose the way of paying your entrance fee. ESCVS 2016 Belgrade provides the following types of paying:
• Via a money order in a bank or a post office
• Via E-banking
• Via a money transfer order (for a legal entity such is a firm)
• Via Visa, Master Card and/or Maestro cards (for online purchase)

Kupac snosi odgovornost za sve pogrešno unete informacije u toku procesa on-line kupovine, kao i za plaćanje narednog računa.
OPIS PONUĐENIH USLUGA
U cenu kotizacije uključeno je: ID Card, Ručkovi, osveženje i kafe pauze, kongresni materijal i prisustvovanje svim sesijama kongresa.
U cenu kotizacije nije uključeno: Smeštaj, avio karte, Svečana večera i radionice koje se dodatno naplaćuju.
IZJAVA O KOTIZACIJI
Sva plaćanja ce biti izvršena u dinarima RSD. Iznos kojim će biti zadužena vaša kreditna kartica će biti konvertovan iz eura u dinare po zvaničnom kursu Narodne banke Srbije. Kada se iznos naplaćuje sa vaše kreditne kartice isti iznos se konvertuje u vašu lokalnu valutu po kursu asocijacije kreditnih kartica. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost u maloj razlici u ceni u odnosu na onu koja je prikazana na našem sajtu.
ZAŠTITA PRIVATNOSTI KORISNIKA
U ime ESCVS 2016 obavezujemo se da ćemo čuvati privatnost svih naših kupaca. Prikupljamo neophodne, osnovne podatke o kupcima/ korisnicima i podatke neophodne za poslovanje i informisanje korisnika u skladu sa dobrim poslovnim običajima i u cilju pružanja kvalitetne usluge. Dajemo kupcima/ klijentima mogućnost odluke da li žele ili ne žele da se izbrišu sa mailing liste koje se koriste za marketinške kampanje. ZAŠTITA POVERLJIVIH PODATAKA O TRANSAKCIJI
Prilikom unošenja podataka o platnoj kartici, poverljie informacije se prenose putem javne mreže u zašticenoj ( kriptovanoj) formi upotrebom SSL protokola i PKI sistema, kao trenutno najsavremenije kriptografske tehnologije. Sigurnost podataka prilikom kupovine, garantuje procesor platnih kartica, banca Intesa ad beograd, pa se tako kompletni proces naplate obavlja na stranicama banke. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni našem sistemu.
PROMENA (AŽURIRANJE) PODATAKA NA SAJTU
ESCVS 2016 Beograd zadržava pravo da može u svako vreme, bez prethodne najave, promeniti podatke prikazane na bilo kojoj stranici sajta. Posetioci ESCVS 2016 Beograd nemaju pravo da jednostrano menjaju uslove korišćenja, a svaka eventualna izmena je nevažeća osim u slučaju da se obe strane saglase pisanim putem.

USLOVI KUPOVINE NA ON-LINE PRODAVNICI
ЕSCVS 2016 Beograd je on-line prodavnica koja posluje u skladu sa Zakonom o elektronskom kupovanju, kao i sa ostalim propisima Republike Srbije. Detaljni uslovi kupovine su pomenuti u tekstu koji sledi. Molimo vas da ga pročitate i upoznate se sa svim ingormacijama ovde navedenim pre nego što nastavite kupovinu.
Kupac plaća ono što je kupio putem debitne ili kreditne kartice. Omogućavamo korišćenje sledećih kartica: VISA, MasterCard i/ili Maestro.
Plaćanje se vrši putem on-line-a
ЕSCVS 2016 Beograd nije u obavezi poštovanje propisa koji se odnose na regulisanje PDV-a, u skladu sa članom33 paragraf 1 i 2 Republike Srbije Zakona o PDV-u.
Neophodno je da se registrujete iako ste prethodno platili naknadu za korišćenje sajta. Proces registracije se vrši izborom opcije “Registracija”.
U SLUČAJU VRAĆANJA ROBE/ NOVCA kupcu koji je tu uslugu prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, ESCVS 2016 je u obavezi da povraćaj sredstava vrši isključivo preko VISA, Master Card i Maestro metoda plaćanja, što znači da ce banka na zahtev prodavca obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.
POLITIKA REKLAMACIJE
Od 1. aprila 2016. nece biti moguce izvrsiti refundaciju novca za kotizacije i smestaj. Sve refundacije su predmet promenama kursa.
IZBOR NAČINA PLAĆANJA
U ovom koraku on-line kupovine potrebno je da izaberete način na koji ćete izvršiti plaćanje vaše naknade za korišćenje. ESCVS 2016 Beograd omogućava sledeće vrste plaćanja:
• Uplatnicom u banci ili pošti
• Putem e-bankinga
• Nalogom za prenos (pravno lice)
• Putem VISA, MasterCard i/ili Maestro kartice (za on-line kupvinu)
